Lakes Region Rotary Foundation

The Lakes Region Rotary Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that distributes funds raised by the Lakes Region Rotary.

Organizations requesting funds must be registered as 501(c)(3). To request funding please download our Application for Financial Support, fill it out, and send it to us in the mail. The application asks that you provide the following information:

• Proposal Summary
• Current List of Board Members
• Any other information important for Lakes Region Rotary to consider when reviewing your request.
• Requests over $1,000 ask for Project and Operating Budget

Organizations granted $5,000 (or more) will not be considered for a new large request within the next 3 years.

The Lakes Region Rotary Foundation reviews requests quarterly and will notify organization seeking funding of its decision by the end of the review month.
